- A five-week peer-learning programme organised by DATA, and hosted at BASE, that explores what it means to record, to remember and to forget.

14th, 21st, and 28th November, 5:30-7:30pm: Hardware Workshops for FLINTA Artists
- Synthesize_Her and BPM are partnering to run a series of hands-on workshops for anyone age 16+ who's interested in learning about, and playing with music hardware in a fun and open environment.

17th, 21st, (Nov), 1st, 8th, 15th (Dec): Yoga with Homies
- Join Reeta for a 5 Week Yoga Course at Base Dublin, where each Sunday you will be introduced to a different style of yoga!

22nd November, 2-4pm: Introduction to Motion Capture with Joaquina Salgado
- Through a presentation and hands-on exploration, join us for an 2 hour introductory session to motion capture technology and its use cases.

-  An all levels evening yoga practice, featuring ambient soundscapes and focusing on alignment, balance and strength with Jack O'Flynn.

RECURRING WEEKLY MEMBER EVENTS:


  • Monday Morning Coffee: 7.30-10am 
- Come start the week with us, have a chat & get a free coffee (sponsored by Roasted Brown).

  • Tuesday Lunchtime Library: 12-2.30pm
- We have some really great books relevant to our artistic practice that we’d love to share. Every Tuesday you’re welcome to come, sit somewhere comfy and read.

  • Wednesday Deep Listening: 6-7.30pm 
- Every Wednesday evening at BASE, we will facilitate a deep listening session. These will be lying down and black-out (no lighting), to encourage total focus and immersion in the sounds. There will be 10 sessions starting 16th October.
* We are accepting applications from artists who wish to play live for these sessions. We are open to all styles that are suited to this kind of environment.

12th, 13th, 14th November: Irish Design Week @ BASE Presents ‘Figments: Art, Technology & Imagination’
- Three days of workshops spanning creative technology, independent publishing and design thinking. Opportunities for anyone intrigued by the potential of new and old technology to make, create and learn in a calm, supportive environment.
- Day 1 will be hosted by noise-making technology experts Synthesise Her.
- Day 2 by arts & tech community DATA (Dublin Art and Technology Association).
- Day 3by DIY publisher the Department of Energy (DOE).
